  • What’s the difference between a Standard and Upgraded System?
    Our standard non-plumbed system collects water from a clean water can and delivers it to a fast heating tap, whereas our upgraded system delivers it to an instant water heater connected to a traditional mixed tap.
  • How noisy are your units?
    Not as noisy as you think! We are always transparent when it comes to the sound of our portable sink units, which is why when you see us posting on Instagram we'll share a selection of videos with original audio and then a selection with music/trending audios to help us reach a broader audience. Whilst we'd love to offer an option where there's little sound (like a regular plumbed in connection), it's just not possible! As our pumps are automatic, part of the sound comes from the vibration and the other from the pump itself. The pump works hard to ensure your water is at a consistent pressure – Which is what you want from a sink unit. Plus, our units are aesthetically pleasing! With every order, we send you a user manual to assist with your pump, and the best ways to position the pump and pipes to help reduce the noise. Plus don’t forget, we offer lifetime support, so if you ever notice your unit is making a louder sound than usual, you can send us a video and we’ll be happy to make recommendations on what you can do.   • How many plugs do I need?
    Just two regular plug sockets are used for the water pump and tap.
  • Do they come ready built?
    All our units come fully built with everything you need to add water, plug-in and start using!
  • What is the maximum pressure from the pump?
    Maximum Pressure: 40psi (2.8bar)
  • How hot can the water get?
    We’re proud to say the hot water can reach up to 60 degrees in our standard system, and around 55 in our upgraded system.
  • How does the unit work?
    The sink works with an automatic water pump that collects the water from a water can (supplied) feeding to a heater tap, collecting the wastewater into a separate water can. Simply empty and refill when needed!
  • How bespoke can you go?
    So you’ve browsed our standard units but you’re after something a little different? We can help design your ideal unit based on your requirements. If you need it matched to your decor, need it to fit a certain space, are in need of added features such as drawers, bins, hob – We can help! And when we are unable to cater to your requirements, we’ll make recommendations on what could work instead.
  • Do you work with influencers?
    Unfortunately we don’t, we’ve tried these sorts of collaborations before but they never really worked for us for a few reasons. We find we’d prefer to be tagged in your post because you are truly happy with your purchase rather than share it because we sent you one as part of a collaboration.
  • How many people need to assist with delivery?
    We always advise two people receive the delivery as they can be quite heavy and awkward to move on your own; also, drivers are not insured/allowed to enter premises, so they will only deliver as close to your entrance as phisically possible. Larger bespoke units will require more than 2 people to safely move them into place.
  • Who will deliver my unit?
    The delivery is done by an external company and we advise two people are available to accept it as drivers are not allowed/insured to enter premises.
  • Do you ship to Northern Ireland?
    Yes we can! Northern Ireland shipments are free, same as the UK. Ireland shipments get an additional charge added at checkout.
  • Do you ship globally?
    We’re busy behind the scenes searching for ways to get our unit shipped across the world! However at the moment we can only ship to America and Canada, and have successfully shipped many units here to date. We can also ship to europe, however a shipping quote would be required.
  • Do you offer payment plans?
    We do! We understand that the economy hasn't been an easy one, which is why we're thrilled to now offer you a range of financing options!   This means once you've set your heart on your perfect unit, you have the ability to choose your own way to pay, and interest-free. We offer 3 additional ways to pay for your unit, Split Payment where you pay 50% at the time of ordering and 50% prior to shipping, Custom Pay where you can pay a 30% deposit and then 11 monthly payments, interest free and PayPal in 3.   • Do you offer any discounts?
    We aim to keep our unit prices as low as possible so you won’t ever see us running discounts or special offers.
  • Is warranty included?
    Yes! We pride ourselves on ensuring you are 100% satisfied with your unit and provide 12 months warranty included in your price. You’re also able to extend your warranty for an additional 364 days, or 3 years saving you even more for a longer peace of mind.
  • When can I purchase an extended warranty?
    You can purchase an extended warranty at any time for your non-plumbed in sink, even after your standard warranty has expired. For more information click here.
  • I need support with my unit, how can I get in touch?

  • Why is my pump making so much noise?
    If you find that your pump or unit is making a louder noise than usual, or something sounds different, feel free to send us a video and we’ll be happy to make recommendations on what you can do.
  • Where can I purchase spare parts if something has broken?
    Contact us directly by email or phone and we can supply spare parts if needed.
