Welcome to Custom Basins
The home of Award-Winning no mains water connection vanity units!
Portable Sinks with Hot & Cold Water — No Mains Water Connection Needed
Custom Basins supplies professional portable sinks and self-contained handwashing stations with reliable hot and cold running water, designed to work with no mains water connection and no plumbing required.
Perfect for beauty salons, aesthetics clinics, tattoo studios, barber shops, and mobile or temporary workspaces, our non-plumbed sink units help you meet council licensing requirements and maintain safe, hygienic handwashing wherever mains water isn’t practical.
Each Custom Basins unit is fully automatic (no foot pedal required), delivering consistent water pressure and a professional finish, combining practical performance with a stylish, modern design.
For total peace of mind, we are the first and only supplier to provide a full Declaration of Conformity, meeting CE, UKCA, NSF, and CSA standards.
How a no-plumbing sink works
- Fill: pour clean water into the fresh-water container inside the unit.
-
Plug in: connect the pump and the heated tap to standard UK sockets.
-
Wash: the pump sends water to the tap, which gives you hot and cold running water. Used water collects in a separate container, ready to empty.
No plumbing and no drain connection. Units arrive fully built.
